Thank you for shopping with Le Pa Designs. Each item is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item is defective or incorrect.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 

  1. Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are custom printed on demand through our fulfillment partner Printful, which means each item is created specifically for you.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

Please ensure you review the size guide and product descriptions before placing your order.

 

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Email us at hello@lepadesigns.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the item and the issue
    • A description of the problem

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Ship a replacement item at no extra cost
    OR

Issue a full or partial refund (depending on the situation)

 

  1. Return Shipping

We do not accept physical returns. Any return shipments sent to our fulfillment partner or other addresses will not be accepted.

 

  1. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or severely delayed:

  • First, check your tracking number and contact the carrier
  • Then, contact us if the issue isn’t resolved — we’ll assist you as best as we can

Please note: We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

  1. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, production may already be in progress and cancellation may not be possible.
